Anders Wahrén appointed CEO of VEGA

Roskilde’s long-time programme director Anders Wahrén is leaving the Danish festival to become the new CEO of VEGA.

Located in Copenhagen, the iconic live music venue hosts around 350 concerts a year between the Store VEGA (standing capacity 1,500, seated 800) and its smaller counterparts Lille VEGA (standing 500) and Ideal Bar.

Artists that have performed at the venue include Prince, David Bowie, Björk, Suede, Kylie Minogue, Norah Jones, Moby, Foo Fighters, and Blur.
