Extreme weather across Europe halted two festivals in France and Belgium over the weekend, the latest events to be impacted by adverse weather and extreme heat during the European festival season.
In France, the vintage Retro C Trop Festival was cut in half after a tornado ravaged the festival’s site, destroying some of The B-52’s gear and equipment as the band were forced to abandon their set at the last minute, along with “all the public facilities,” say the organisers.
