A Swedish city is repurposing its unused spaces into temporary music venues, as part of a wider mission to reinvigorate its local live music scene. The Pop Up City Project is a collaboration between promoter/agency All Things Live, Helsingborg’s tourism board HBG City, The Tivoli venue (cap.
