Renowned music agent Emma Banks has unpacked the strategy behind Lily Allen’s comeback tour and shared her outlook on the live music landscape in 2026.
The co-head of global touring at CAA – who represents acts including Beyoncé, Charlie XCX, Katy Perry, Florence and the Machine, Lorde, The 1975 and Paramore – delivered the keynote interview at the 40th edition of ESNS last week.
During the session, Banks discussed the live campaign behind Lily Allen’s highly acclaimed release West End Girl, the singer’s first album in seven years.
“When Lily’s manager played me [the album] I was blown away by it,” she recalled. “It’s almost like a piece of theatre in its own right. You need to hear all of it, chronologically.”
