Venu raises $86m in ‘oversubscribed’ public offering

The US-based live entertainment venue developer and operator says the raise will help fuel expansion

US-based live entertainment venue developer and operator Venu Holding has raised $86 million in a public equity offering. The Colorado-based company, which trades on the NYSE, said it sold 18.75 million shares at $4 apiece, generating $75 million in gross proceeds.
