Ginger Owl’s GOAllAreas (GOAA) initiative was built with sustainability in mind. The system is effectively an online event management and data collection tool designed to refine live event operations.

The front-end layout is intuitive and easy to navigate to ensure a seamless experience for users, while its goal is to minimise Scope 3 emissions associated with the cloud, making GOAA sustainable in itself.

The product uses modern sustainable technology that allows event promoters to complete sustainability surveys in advance for all personnel and vehicle arrivals working on or delivering to an event. It allows operators to eliminate waste in staff catering by providing accurate daily meal numbers, reducing deliveries and waste in order to maximise budget efficiency.
