Raven started her career in 2012 as a freelance music blogger, before taking on a part-time position in customer services at Manchester Arena. There, she became a bookings assistant, before moving south to join Metropolis Music as assistant to MD Raye Cosbert.

Raven was festival coordinator for the annual Somerset House Summer Series and Cloud X Festival, but now, back in booking mode, she is currently programming a number of UK arenas for ASM Global.
