We are looking for a Promoter & Touring Coordinator to join the collaborative team and support the delivery and development of our growing live events portfolio – this role will work closely with our CEO, supporting the planning and operational delivery of live shows and tours across the UK.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2-4 years experience in live events, touring, or concert promotion who is looking to deepen their experience in the operational and logistical side of touring and show delivery within a dynamic and growing company.

 

THE ROLE

The Promoter & Touring Coordinator will support the planning and delivery of shows from early development through to show delivery and settlement support – the role will involve working closely with external stakeholders and internal departments to ensure shows run smoothly and efficiently.

The role will primarily support projects led by the CEO and Promoter, while also assisting across other Senbla produced and promoted shows where required.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Tour Planning & Coordination

  • Assist with tour planning and routing across UK venues
  • Coordinate venue availability checks and holds
  • Liaise with venues regarding holds, technical information, and show logistics
  • Support the management of show calendars, timelines, and tour schedules
  • Assist with offer preparation, contracting and show documentation

Show Delivery

  • Oversee marketing and promotional activity for shows: drafting or reviewing campaign plans, managing ad materials & artwork, collaborating with marketing team to maximise sales
  • Assist the production department, work closely with production teams to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Assist with logistics including artist travel and visas where required
  • Support the coordination of guest lists, accreditation and artist requirements
  • Attend selected shows to represent the promoter and oversee delivery where required

Internal Collaboration

  • Provide support and guidance to more junior promoter assistants where required
  • Scheduling: managing calendar(s), meeting coordination, travel, logistics for the CEO, including out-of-town travel and shows.
  • Support internal reporting and post-show documentation
  • Undertake ad hoc duties/projects as required by senior management

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone with 2–4 years experience in live events, touring or music promotion, ideally within a promoter, agency, venue or management environment.

Key skills include:

  • Passion for Live Music: A genuine interest in the live music industry and a desire to contribute to the success of live events.
  • Strong knowledge of UK venues and touring logistics, including how to structure efficient tour routing, understand venue availability patterns, and manage the practical considerations involved in building and delivering multi-date tours.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of event coordination and administration.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing positively to the overall success of the promotions team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
