Live Nation makes big move in Eastern Europe

Live Nation has acquired majority stakes in Romania’s Emagic and Slovakia’s Vivien, furthering its reach in the Eastern European market. The live entertainment giant will acquire the controlling interests in both companies in separate deals.
Financial terms of the partnerships were not made public.
