US indie promoter Jade Presents reveals $3m debt in bankruptcy filing
Around 5,000 ticket holders are listed among the creditors, which also includes artists, financial institutions, and event sponsors

After shutting down operations, US independent promoter Jade Presents has filed for bankruptcy, with court documents revealing the veteran promoter is nearly $3 million (€2.6m) in debt.
Court documents filed in the North Dakota Bankruptcy Court list nearly $2.9m (€2.5m) in total liabilities against roughly $393,000 (€340,500) in assets.
Around 5,000 ticket holders are among the creditors. Among the 6 June filings is a proposed ticket claim form that would allow ticketholders to recoup some money, though some shows remain in limbo.
