Christofer Melchior’s career in live music began at 18 as a stagehand before moving into production, working as an assistant on arena and stadium shows across Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.

 

That experience gave him a hands-on understanding of how productions and tours come together, from the show itself to routing, trucking, and bussing, he says, and it sparked an interest in the wider live music business that he continues to build on today.

In 2022, he joined Anschutz Entertainment Group…
