Born and raised in Guayaquil, Ecuador, Juan moved to Berlin to study at university, bringing with him a lifelong passion for music.

His journey into the industry began by managing a band formed by close friends, an experience that not only taught him the fundamentals of the business but also confirmed that live music was where he wanted to build his career.

After graduating, he gained experience across label management, booking, and tour management before joining RBK Fusion in 2024…
