Lucy Dickins to leave WME

Storied agent to leave role after seven years at agency, Kirk Sommer to step up to lead the Contemporary Music division

Lucy Dickins, head of music at WME, is leaving the agency, it has been announced today (6 March). Dickins has led the agency’s contemporary music and touring department since 2022, following a move to LA from the agency’s London office.

In a message to staff today, WME Group co-chairman Christian Muirhead said: “Over the past seven years, Lucy helped us navigate one of the most disruptive periods in the live music business.
