People Entertainment Group
Founded in 2001, People Entertainment Group now operates its own network of companies, allowing it to self-present its tours.
People Entertainment Group was founded by George Isaak in 2001 in a small city in Greece, and although operations started modestly with just a handful of concerts each year, Isaak’s move to Athens helped accelerate growth by focusing on representing People’s own roster of artists.
Over time, the company scaled up significantly, organising hundreds of events annually, a milestone of which was River Party, Greece’s largest camping music festival at the time, attracting over 60,000 attendees.
In 2020, Isaak took a bold step into musical theatre, acquiring the first-ever licence for a brand-new English-language production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera.
