Secondary ticketing situation: Ticket reselling is legal in Austria, with some of the most common secondary ticketing platforms being Viagogo and willhaben.at. There is currently no legislation against secondary ticketing, but in 2020, the Austrian Supreme Court did rule that secondary ticketing sites must disclose the identity of ticket sellers, including name and address, and whether tickets are personalised, ahead of ticket purchase.
