Belgium’s ticketing market remains dominated by Ticketmaster, but CTS Eventim’s 2024 takeover of See Tickets is still shaking things up.
Key primary ticketers: Eventbrite, See Tickets (recently acquired by CTS Eventim), Ticketmaster Secondary ticketing situation: In Belgium, it is forbidden by law to resell tickets for profit. Ticketing platforms must be authorised by the event organiser in order to sell tickets to their events.

Secondary ticketing situation: In Belgium, it is forbidden by law to resell tickets for profit. Ticketing platforms must be authorised by the event organiser in order to sell tickets to their events. Many of the key secondary platforms operate through websites registered outside of Belgium, meaning that ticket touting remains an issue within the country.
