The ministry has encouraged severe punishment for organised criminal groups of professional scalpers. Additionally, there will be regulations implemented for online platforms used in ticket scalping.

Taxes & charges: VAT: 9%; all foreign artists must pay at least a 20% tax on all ticket sales; service fees range from 5–11%.
