Celebrating its first year of operation in 2026, Hong Kong’s latest large-scale entertainment offering, Kai Tak Sports Park (KTSP), has had a significant first 12 months.

Legends Global EVP, Paul Sergeant OBE, has been working on both the 50,000-capacity Kai Tak Stadium and the 10,000-cap Kai Tak Arena, which opened in March 2025.

“It was a result of the visionary approach of the government, designing with the future in mind to accommodate events during summer and winter,” he stated during ILMC in February. He added that there has been “more demand than venues could accommodate in Hong Kong.”
