Country Profile: Singapore

Following a colossal year in 2024 as the only Southeast-Asian stop on Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, as well as playing host to six sold-out dates of Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres, Singapore has continued to present international artists on a grand scale throughout 2025.

The 55,000-capacity Singapore National Stadium hosted four shows from Lady Gaga, grossing US$40.8m from 193,000 ticket sales, as well as bringing in US$116m in tourism revenue. “The calendar is packed – Singapore has re-established itself as a key hub for touring,” says Steven Woodward, director of Midas Promotions.

“Live music is buzzing again, demand is strong across genres post-pandemic, and pop and K-pop are the biggest drivers of demand, consistently filling arenas and stadiums,” enthuses Midas’s event manager Trina Chan.
